Clear Your Mind

A clear mind is the best wealth a person can have.
A clear mind is the base where you can build your castle of happiness, health, and wealth.

A clear Mind Can see the things as they are. Can find the opportunity.
A Clear mind take the best decision, even when everyone are loosing their Mind.

Let's start with a simple analogy

Question:  What do you do when you see your computer is not working? It got stuck.
Answer: I simply push the restart button. (A blushing smile on your face.)
Question: And what happens after that?
Answer: Sometimes, it gets fixed, and sometimes nothing happens.
Question: If after restarting nothing happened, what do you do?
Answer: I try to fix some apps, close some windows, and uninstall some software.
Question: If you see some hardware is not working or your operating system is damaged?
Answer: I’ll take my computer to the nearest servicing center.
(If it is your mind that’s clinically disturbed, or if it’s your body that’s clinically ill, you should visit a doctor.)

First Aid for Your Mind

Similarly, if you see your mind is not working properly—stressed, entangled, or thinking repeatedly—
Just focus on your breath.
Count: one, two, three, four—inhale, feel the in-breath.
Count: one, two, three, four—exhale, feel the out-breath.
Do this for 5 minutes. You can expect a restart in your mind’s software.
If it works, you may experience a restart. (But this will not last too long. Your mind will get entangled again. Sometimes it will get stuck.)

When Breathing Isn’t Enough

If this doesn’t work (or even if it does), you need to fix your mind’s software (or you can make your mind better). It will take some time, and it is worth it.
You already have created your list of thoughts. You have noticed those thoughts keep coming back to you at various times.

I don’t know how to create my list of thoughts.

I don’t know anything about  thoughts and thinking

Closely monitor the list

After your honest effort, you have made the list of your thoughts.  Monitor that closely. Put some comments beside each of the thoughts.

Evaluate Your Thoughts

How many of those are useful for you? You know, or you may count.
We are assuming you have made your list after your honest efforts.

If you push any unwanted thoughts, that is not going to work. The more you try to push harder, the stronger it will get.
If you try to pull any wishful thoughts, that is not going to work either.

Now, it’s time to lean into your thoughts and understand them.
Take a pen and paper in front of you and pick only one thought from your list of thoughts you already have created.

How do I create my list of thoughts?

Let’s say you have picked one thought. That is:

To-do task: Take a long breath into it. Don’t try to do anything. Just observe.
Observe closely—nothing to do. Everything other than this thought is considered a distraction. Just keep coming back to your to-do task thought. Don’t try to solve any task. Just hold this thought in your mind for a moment.
Feel this thought completely.
Is there any tension?
Is there any worry?
Is there any stress?
Is there any pain?

Whatever the feelings and emotions you are having, don’t try to resist, deny, or push them away. Just feel them completely.
Now, watch your body completely. Scan your whole body with your mind while closing your eyes, and feel your body.
See—where is this emotion hiding? It may be in your stomach, in your chest, or in your head.
Wherever you find it—or don’t—feel yourself completely.
It may be the pain in your stomach increasing, increasing blood pressure, restlessness, discomfort in other parts of the body.
Whatever it is, feel it completely.
See the pain and discomfort increase—and then disappear.

Are you still looking at the thought you initially picked? Or have other thoughts occupied your mind?
Thoughts keep coming to you. Whenever you try to look into them, they disappear.
You have the power to choose your thought.
Use your power and keep coming back to your chosen thought again and again.

Let’s assume you have completely leaned into your thought for at least ten or more minutes.

Your thought has associated emotions, triggering some points in your body—feeling panic, generating urgency, as if if you don’t respond now, a big disaster will happen.

Where does this thought come from?

This time, put a question mark on your belief, desire, or fear behind the thought.

Are this belief, desire, and fear behind the thought true?

Are they as intense as they seem?

Don’t try to answer immediately—hold the questions for some time.

Questions for your belief, desire, fear:
Where did this come from?
How were they formed in your mind?
Are they from your past memory or experience?
Are they equally applicable as they were in the past?

Write the questions on your paper and answer them bit by bit.

You can see some of them are not true for sure.
Some of them are not as intense as they seem.
Yes, some of them are urgent, and you have the capacity to do only one job.
You set a priority, you take one step at a time, and then you can let go of one of them.

Understanding the real scenario and accepting the real facts dissolves the illusions created by your thoughts and brings clarity to your mind.
You are no longer a victim of your thoughts—you use the power of your thoughts.

Thus, you can untie one string of the entangled net of the mind.
By following a similar process, one by one you solve all of your thoughts.
And very soon, you will find a mind full of clarity.

Free Your Mind

By following this process:

  • You untangle one string of mental confusion.

  • Then another.

  • And another.

Eventually, you’ll arrive at a mind filled with clarity.

A clear mind is the best wealth a person can have.
A clear mind is the base where you can build your castle of happiness, health, and wealth.
