Our Story
Years ago, I along with our other member were working a 9-5 job that didn’t feel fulfilling. We were upset and tired all the time. We found no absolute reason for that, feeling entangled on mind. We had common feelings and we decided to start a blog where we could share our interests and explore what actually was fulfilling to us. How we overcome our problem and directed our mind so that our mind works for us.
This idea of fulfillment and making our mind working for us has since become a major theme in our life and work. We used to think fulfillment was simply about finding the *right* path in life and our mind is built in. Now we realize that fulfillment comes from following your bliss. and we can change our mind so that it can work for us.
By nurturing your strengths, pursuing the things that light you up, and prioritizing your own joy – even if those things don’t make sense to anyone else – you can make your mind working for your Health, Happiness and Wealth (and Change your life).


Before starting this blog , We’ve experienced a lot Up and down, We have made a team and gone thorough Wellness Coaching, learned by book, sharing views and knowledge and We even took the leap into self-employment to live life on individual own terms.
